RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We really hope you love your new shoes – but if they’re not quite right, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order.

As an independent brand producing in small batches, returns do have a significant impact on us, particularly when multiple sizes are ordered. If you’re unsure on fit before ordering, please do get in touch at hello@ottoandivy.com... we genuinely love helping customers choose the best size first time. You can also use our measuring guide to help find your size, and's there's lots of sizing information on each product page.

To help us keep returns smooth and sustainable, we kindly ask that you:

Try your shoes on indoors, on a clean, carpeted surface

Avoid stretching the leather or marking the soles

Return your shoes in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging.

Please ensure each pair is placed back in its correct box. To help with this, you’ll find a barcode and product details on the side of the box for easy reference.

Seal the parcel securely with strong tape

Please note: Return postage is paid for by the customer. For UK customers, we offer a £5 service via our Royal Mail returns portal. If you opt to use this portal to return any or all of your order, £5 will be deducted from your refund. This is a very competitive rate, particularly if you're returning a large parcel. 

You are welcome to use a different service if you prefer. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping the receipt until your return is complete.

International customers: Please clearly mark the parcel as “RETURNED PURCHASE” for customs purposes. Any customs or duty charges incurred on the return will be deducted from your refund, so marking it correctly helps avoid that. Please return to the address above.

Once your return arrives back with us, we’ll process your refund (for the cost of the goods) within 7 days, provided everything is in line with the conditions above. You’ll receive an email or text confirmation once it’s done.
Please note: international duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Exchanges (UK customers only)
Need a different size? No problem – we’re happy to offer one free exchange per order, stock permitting.

Here’s how it works:

Exchanges are available for a different size only, not a change of style or colour.

Just note your new size request on the dispatch note inside your return.

We'll cover the return postage, and send your new size out free of charge.

If your exchanged size still isn’t right, you’re welcome to return it and place a new order. As per our returns policy, £5 will be deducted from your refund.
