Your Otto + Ivy shoes are dispatched on weekdays Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays. All items will be dispatched the next working day.

Worldwide Tracked (Approx 7-10 working days): £20 for first pair, and £10 for each pair within the order thereafter.
Please note that due to high additional duties being added to EU parcels in the wake of Brexit, Otto + Ivy is pausing shipping to countries within the European Union. I am sorry for the inconvenience that this causes, and hope to find a resolution in the near future. If you are in the EU and desperate for a pair of shoes, you can contact me (Laura) directly on email@example.com and I can make arrangements with you, but please be aware of the tax implications of importing.
DUTIES NOTICE: Orders outside of the UK are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. You may or may not be required to pay a tax to release your shipment from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.
Your shoes will be shipped in either a branded shoe box, branded reusable canvas bag or eco-friendly bubble wrap, within an outer kraft box.
Please note that international orders may be shipped in multiple parcels due to weight limitations. This means you may receive your items 1 or 2 days apart.
Please ensure that you have entered the correct address at checkout. While we do everything we can to assist with any admin errors made my customers, we cannot refund or replace shoes that have been ordered to the incorrect address unless they are returned to us.
