We ship worldwide using fully tracked delivery services.
Your Otto + Ivy shoes are dispatched Monday-Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) from our UK warehouse.
Orders placed before 3pm (UK time) are dispatched the same working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email or text message with your tracking details.

Duties and taxes are paid at checkout
Customers in Europe, the United States and Canada can pay all applicable duties and taxes at checkout, so there are no unexpected charges when your parcel arrives.
Please note: Any duties or taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable if you return your shoes, as these payments are made directly to customs and tax authorities and cannot be recovered by Otto + Ivy.

Duties and taxes unpaid
For destinations outside the UK, Europe, the US and Canada, orders are shipped on a duties and taxes unpaid basis.
Depending on your country's regulations, you may be asked by customs to pay import duties, taxes or handling charges before your parcel is delivered.
Please note: If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, Otto + Ivy reserves the right to deduct any return shipping or customs costs incurred from your refund. If you return your shoes, we are unable to refund any duty/ tax payments, as these are made directly to customs and tax authorities and cannot be recovered by Otto + Ivy.
Rest of World shipping - £20 per pair of shoes ordered. (7-14 days)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Your shoes will be shipped in either a branded shoe box or a branded reusable canvas bag, packed inside a protective outer kraft box.
International orders may occasionally be shipped in more than one parcel due to courier weight limits. If this happens, your parcels may arrive 1–2 days apart.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. While we'll always do our best to help if an error is spotted quickly, we cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address unless they are successfully returned to us.
Please note that delivery times are approximate. We process all orders within the stated timeframe at our warehouse, but occasional delays can occur once parcels are with the courier or going through customs.
