Your Otto + Ivy shoes are dispatched on weekdays Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day.

DUTIES NOTICE: Orders outside of the UK are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any duties and taxes incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. International customers will not be charged tax at checkout, but you may be required to pay tax and/or duties to release your shipment from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office. If you refuse to pay taxes to release a shipment from customs, Otto + Ivy reserves the right to pass on any costs incurred in your parcel being returned to us.

£20 per pair of shoes ordered.
Your shoes will be shipped in either a branded shoe box, branded reusable canvas bag or eco-friendly bubble wrap, within an outer kraft box.
Please note that international orders may be shipped in multiple parcels due to weight limitations. This means you may receive your items 1 or 2 days apart.
Please ensure that you have entered the correct address at checkout. While we do everything we can to assist with any admin errors made my customers, we cannot refund or replace shoes that have been ordered to the incorrect address unless they are returned to us.
